Client Cincinnati Sub-Zero
Sharonville, Ohio

This project required the renovation of 6,200 square feet of existing office space and the creation of 4,000 square feet of additional space in an existing building to facilitate the relocation of an operating group for the company. The lower level includes offices and restrooms, and a large multi-purpose room to be used as a break room as well as a training room. The upper level includes over 2,000 SF of open office space as well as an enclosed office, with windows to view assembly operations on the plant floor. The exterior of the building was remodeled to incorporate a new entrance, window replacements and update exterior finishes. Cincinnati Sub-Zero makes medical temperature control blankets and environmental test chambers for industrial applications.
